  北京中医药大学护理学院始建于1984年,是全国率先开办护理专业高等教育的中医药院校,中国工程院院士王永炎教授为护理学院第一任主任。经过30多年的建设,学院形成了高职、本科、硕士、博士完善的办学层次。学院现有在校生898人,历年就业率均在95%以上。

  学院现有教职工34人,专任教师中高级职称近50%,硕士及以上学历达87%,其中博士12人。学院下设2个办公室、3个教学部、1个实验中心和1个研究中心。2015年4月学院与加拿大安大略省注册护士协会成立中国第一家BPSO®-研究中心。2015年5月通过澳大利亚JBI(Joanna Briggs Institute, JBI)全球评审成为中国大陆第三家Joanna Briggs循证护理合作中心,是全球第一家从事中医护理的循证护理合作中心。学院目前有临床实习基地24个,均为北京市三级甲等医院,其中中医医院8个,西医医院16个。

  学院重视学科建设,于2012年获批一级学科北京市重点学科和国家中医药管理局中医护理重点学科,并逐渐在慢病管理、循证护理等方面形成了稳定的研究方向。 “十二五”期间在科研上不断突破,先后获批北京市自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金项目等,并以第一作者发表多篇SCI文章。

  学院历来重视教材建设,开发并出版了全国第一套中医护理教材,“十二五”规划期间学院主编、副主编教材30部。学院教学成果突出,先后获评多项校级、国家级教学成果奖,讲课比赛成绩优异,获北京市高校青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖,中华医学会医学院校青年教学基本功比赛二等奖,实验中心于2009年被评为北京市高等学校实验教学示范中心。

  学院积极开展国际交流与合作,引进国外先进的护理理念,传播中医特色护理,打造国际化教育和科研合作平台。学院目前已与美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚、瑞士、菲律宾、丹麦和日本等16个国家和地区通过”请进来、送出去”的方式开展交流合作与互访。尝试与国外高校开展多种形式的合作办学,探索养老方面联合人才培养模式。此外学院针对国外高校的师生积极开展中医护理短期培训,传播中医特色护理理念及技术,弘扬中医药文化。

  社会服务方面,我院是全国中医药高等教育学会护理教育研究会理事长单位,学院教师在国内外多个护理专业学术组织任职,担任多个市级、国家级项目评审专家和多本国内外杂志审稿专家。根据学院的办学特色和优势,积极开展有关中医护理、循证护理、护理专业英语、养老护理相关的培训项目。

  学院正积极筹划良乡新校区护理楼建设,将构建基础护理技能、临床护理技能和中医护理技能训练、人文素质培养和护理研究“五位一体”的教育教学、科研研究平台,将集智能信息化、模拟情景化于一体的实验中心打造成国内行业领军品牌,并依托新校区建设,继续拓展办学内涵,努力建设成为国内一流、国际知名的护理院校。

  

  Established in 1984, School of Nursing, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, is the first TCM nursing school in China to offer programs of higher nursing education. The first dean of the Nursing School is Wang Yongyan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. After over thirty years of construction, the school has now established a multi-level educational system including higher vocational education, undergraduate education, postgraduate education and doctoral education.

  There are 898 students in the School currently and the employment rates over the years are more than 95%.

  There are 34 teaching and administrative staff members in the School. Among the teaching staff, nearly half hold senior professional titles, and 87% have master’s degree and above. 12 teachers in the School have a doctoral degree. There are 2 offices, 3 teaching departments, 1 experimental center and 1 research center. The School has established the first BPSO®-Research center with RNAO (Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, Canada), in China, and has passed the global review of JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute, Australia), becoming the third Joanna Briggs Evidence-based Nursing Cooperate Center in mainland China. There are 24 clinical internship base which consists of 8 Chinese medicine hospitals and 16 Western medicine hospitals, and they are all Grade A and First-Class hospitals in Beijing.

  The school puts an emphasis on subject construction, and has been ratified as the first-level discipline of Beijing Key Disciplines and the Key Discipline of TCM Nursing, approved by State Administration of TCM in 2012. The school has formed stable research orientation on such areas as management of chronic diseases and evidence-based nursing. The school has made continuous progresses during the 12th Five-Year Plan, and has conducted research programs of the Natural Science Foundation of Beijing, and National Natural Science Foundation of China. Besides, the school has published many SCI theses as the first author.

  The school also attaches great importance to the construction of textbooks, and has developed and published the first set of Chinese Medicine Nursing textbooks in China. During the 12th Five-Year Plan, the school has editors-in-chief and vice editors-in-chief for 30 textbooks. Outstanding teaching achievements have been made such as teaching prizes at national level as well as at school level. The teachers have excellent results on lecture contests, to name a few, the second prize in the basic teaching skills competition among young teachers in Beijing higher education institutes, the second prize in the basic teaching skills competition among young teachers in medical universities held by the Chinese Medical Association. The experimental center was rated as experiment teaching demonstration center in institution of higher education in Beijing in the year 2009.

  The school has also actively participated in international exchanges and cooperation, introducing advanced nursing philosophy, promoting traditional TCM nursing, and building internationalized educational and scientific cooperation research. The school has exchange and cooperation programs with America, Canada, England, Australia, Switzerland, Philippines, Denmark, Japan and other 16 countries and regions, by means of inviting experts to China and sending teachers abroad. The school is trying to carry out various forms of cooperation with foreign nursing schools, exploring joint personnel training model in caring for the aged. Besides, the school has carried out short-term TCM nursing training programs for teachers and students from foreign countries, spreading TCM nursing philosophy and techniques, and promoting TCM culture.

  In the aspect of social service, the school is the director of the Nursing Education Research of National TCM Higher Education Academy. The teaching staff in the school has also participated in major nursing academic organizations both home and abroad, and works as the evaluation expert in many Beijing and National programs as well as the reviewing expert in domestic and overseas magazines. On the basis of its characteristics and advantages, the school has actively carried out training programs on TCM nursing, evidence-based nursing, nursing English and nursing for elderly population.

  The school is now planning and preparing for the construction of the new campus in Liangxiang, and will construct a five-in-one education, teaching and scientific research platform of basic nursing skills, clinical nursing skills, TCM nursing skills, humanism education in nursing and nursing research. The school plans to integrate the experimental center with intelligent information technology and simulation scenarios as the leading brand in Chinese nursing. Besides, the school will, based on the construction of the new campus, continue to develop school-running features and connotations to upgrade itself into an international first-class nursing school.
